1. Eligibility

Agencies must:

• operate lawfully;
• hold required registrations and licences;
• provide accurate information.

NecrolOggi may require:

• VAT verification;
• business registration verification;
• identity verification.

2. Business Profiles

Agencies may create profiles containing:

• contact details;
• service descriptions;
• prices;
• opening hours;
• maps and locations;
• photographs;
• promotional content.

Agencies are solely responsible for profile accuracy.

3. Featured Listings

Agencies may purchase:

• promoted placements;
• featured listings;
• advertising visibility.

Sponsored visibility may affect ranking and display order.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may:

• renew automatically;
• be monthly or annual;
• include promotional trials.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Business Conduct

Agencies may not:

• provide misleading information;
• publish false pricing;
• impersonate competitors;
• manipulate reviews;
• engage in unlawful conduct.

6. Platform Role

NecrolOggi acts solely as a discovery and advertising platform.

NecrolOggi is not a party to agreements between agencies and users.

7. Termination

NecrolOggi may suspend or terminate agency accounts for:

• policy violations;
• fraudulent conduct;
• legal risks;
• reputational concerns.
