1. Purpose of the Platform

NecrolOggi is designed to:

• honour deceased individuals respectfully;
• support grieving families;
• connect users with funeral-related providers;
• facilitate condolences and memorialisation.

Content that undermines these goals may be removed.

2. Respectful Conduct

Users must:

• communicate respectfully;
• avoid harassment;
• avoid abusive or inflammatory behaviour;
• avoid exploiting grieving individuals.

NecrolOggi has zero tolerance for:

• hate speech;
• discrimination;
• threats;
• harassment;
• intimidation;
• glorification of violence.

3. Obituary Standards

Obituaries must:

• be truthful to the best of the publisher's knowledge;
• respect the dignity of the deceased;
• avoid graphic descriptions;
• avoid defamatory statements;
• avoid unlawful content.

Users may publish obituary content only where they reasonably believe they have the authority to do so.

4. Condolences and Comments

Comments and condolences should:

• remain supportive and respectful;
• avoid political disputes;
• avoid personal attacks;
• avoid spam or advertising.

Comments are moderated before publication.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited:

• false death notices;
• graphic imagery;
• misinformation;
• extremist content;
• scams or fraud;
• impersonation;
• unlawful content;
• malicious software;
• abusive comments;
• commercial spam.

6. Reporting Content

Users may report:

• abusive content;
• false obituaries;
• copyright violations;
• impersonation;
• privacy violations.

NecrolOggi aims to review reports within 24 hours where reasonably practicable.

7. Enforcement

NecrolOggi may:

• remove content;
• suspend accounts;
• restrict visibility;
• permanently ban users.

Enforcement decisions may occur without prior notice.

8. Next-of-Kin Rights

Verified next of kin may request:

• edits;
• de-indexing;
• memorial removal;
• comment removal.

NecrolOggi may require supporting documentation.
